1. Return Policy
We accept returns when the returning product is meets the following conditions:
- Eligibility for Return: Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you have received with its original packaging.
- Non-returnable Items: Whenever, we offer clearout sales, final sales or using any synonyms phrase that reflects that we are clearing our stock; the products purchased under such sale are marked as final sale and cannot be returned.
- Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, you need to produce a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Return
To initiate a return, You reach out to our customer service team at info@labelshryesi to inform us of the return, until we update other ways of the return process.
3. Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Process: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your Label Shryesi account as a store credit within 6 months.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial store credits may be granted e.g., for items that are not in their original condition or have been damaged due to misuse.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to our error e.g., a wrong or defective product.
This policy applies to all types of orders, whether paid via COD cash on delivery or online payment.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@labelshryesi.com.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the expected time:
- Check with your bank: It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your credit card company: There may be processing delays on their end.
If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process once it arrives.
